Note: We do not offer free returns; return shipping costs apply.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving the product.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The order must contain all original pieces, and the packaging must be in the same condition in which the product was received.

The product must have been used normally; damage caused by misuse is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

Any product defect must have been identified immediately after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, provided that all conditions are met, will be officially accepted within this period. We reserve the right to reject items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our responsibility.
How can I return my order?

We will contact you and provide the exact return address. Never send the product to the original sender's address, as we will provide you with the correct return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Customers may have the right to cancel their purchase in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, where applicable.
A. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation period: 14 days from the day you, or a third party authorized by you (other than the carrier), receive the final product.
Because we operate with an automated order-processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, it may not be possible to stop or cancel a shipment once processing has begun, and a refund cannot be issued before the product has been received.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us (Margaret Toronto) by providing a clear statement, for example by email. The cancellation is completed once we receive the returned merchandise.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Note Regarding Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, transportation times may be longer and are outside our direct control.
If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until the order is delivered and then proceed with the return. You may notify us of your cancellation request in advance. To help speed up the process, please provide proof of shipment.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs and any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard shipping option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification and the returned products.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
Additional Information
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.
